We are looking for a part-time and full-time Remote Admin Assistant. No diploma required. Key Responsibilities:
- Transcription: Document key points from live/recorded calls.
- Call Prep: Organize daily call lists, agendas, and materials.
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings and manage calendar adjustments.
- Reporting: Deliver accurate metric and performance reports on time.
- File Management: Maintain organized virtual filing systems.
- Admin Support: Manage email correspondence and daily tasks.
