Head, Instrumentation and Installation

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 4–5 years engineering experience (solar PV or electrical construction preferred)
- PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer or RME
- Experience in residential and industrial solar projects
- Knowledge of SCADA and remote monitoring systems
- Supervisory experience managing field or installation teams
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, instrumentation, and monitoring technologies
- Familiar with PEC, DOE guidelines, and permitting processes
- Experience using commissioning and testing tools
- Willing to travel and work on-site
- Lead and supervise solar PV installation and instrumentation activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with PEC standards, DOE guidelines, and project permitting requirements
- Manage and coordinate installation teams, contractors, and field personnel
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and system performance validation using appropriate tools
- Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards
- Identify and resolve technical and on-site installation issues
- Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture across all sites
- Prepare reports and documentation related to installation, testing, and commissioning activities
