Data Integrity Officer - MG Tabuc Suba

Qualifications:
- Graduate of 4 years of Computer management, or other I.T related course
- Preferably with experience in Data system recording
- Excellent in communication skills( written, verbal)
- With Minimum Supervision
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Inputing data into the SAP system using various transaction codes or data entry screens. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entered, including customer information.
- Data Verification: Reviewing data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information before inputting it into SAP. Verifying data accuracy against source documents or information provided by stakeholders.
- Adhering to data security protocols and access controls defined within the SAP environment. Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies governing data handling and confidentiality.
- Collaborating with data governance teams to address data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Training and Documentation: Participating in training sessions to enhance SAP proficiency and data entry skills. Documenting data entry procedures, guidelines, and best practices for reference and training purposes.
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation in data entry tasks within the SAP environment. Contributing ideas for enhancing data management practices and streamlining data-related workflows.
