POSITION TITLE: Service Center Officer-in-Charge
WORK LOCATION: One Ayala, Makati
WORK SETUP: Day Shift
SALARY: PHP 23k - PHP 24k
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in retail, service center, electronics, or gadget-related operations
- With supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)
- Knowledge or strong familiarity with Nintendo consoles and accessories is an advantage
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to monitor repair units, parts, and documentation
- Computer literate (MS Office, email, reporting systems)
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Able to handle escalated customer concerns professionally
- Willing to be assigned at One Ayala, Makati
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily service center operations
• Monitor repair units, parts inventory, and documentation
• Ensure excellent customer service experience
• Handle customer escalations and resolve concerns effectively
• Maintain accurate reports and coordinate with head office
