Project In-Charge

Project In-Charge will be responsible for supervising all aspects of a project from initiation to completion. This includes planning, coordinating with stakeholders, resource allocation, tracking project progress, ensuring quality control, and meeting deadlines. The role requires organizational and problem-solving skills to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, engineers, architects, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
- Supervise site/workforce activities to ensure project execution aligns with plans and safety regulations.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as Project In-Charge. Experience in construction or related field
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Undergraduates are welcome to apply)
- PMP certification preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Must own a motorcycle in good working condition
