We are looking for Finance Manager We are looking for an experienced Finance and Accounting Lead to oversee the company's financial operations, accounting processes, cash flow management, project costing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing financial insights that support business growth and strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Monitor company cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Manage project costing, budget monitoring, and profitability analysis.
- Develop financial forecasts and annual budgets.
- Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate audits and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Support management through financial analysis and performance reporting.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA license is an advantage but not required.
- At least 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based companies is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and project costing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
