Trust Account Servicing Officer

Your Role

The Trust Account Servicing Officer is responsible for managing and servicing trust accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving growth within the Trust Department. This role requires a deep understanding of trust and fiduciary services, strong relationship-building skills, and a commitment to compliance and operational excellence.

How You'll Contribute

• Account Management & Servicing
• Oversee the administration and management of existing and new trust clients.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, trust policies, client agreements, and instructions.
• Enhance relationships with existing trust clients by providing efficient service and adhering to agreed turnaround times (TAT) on deliverables. Client Relationship Enhancement
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Regularly engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions.
• Handle day-to-day client interactions regarding investment maturities and desired dispositions. Compliance and Risk Management.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal and external regulations.
• Monitor and address issues related to internal and external audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely follow-ups on client onboarding and transactional documents. Revenue Generation
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall financial goals of the organization
• dentify and capitalize on market opportunities to grow assets under management (AUM) and generate revenue. Service Quality and Client Satisfaction
• Review, implement, and monitor quality service activities to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure strict adherence to agreed investment policies and realignment of portfolios if necessary
• Provide exceptional customer service to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Operational Efficiency
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in servicing trust accounts
• Utilize technology to enhance operational performance and client experience.

What We're Looking For

• College graduate of any business course, preferably in the field of Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
• With 3-5 years relevant experience
• 1 year in Trust Business, OR at least 1 year in Trust Sales or Account Management, OR must have completed at least 90 training hours in Trust, Other Fiduciary Business or Investment Management activities acceptable to BSP
• 1 years actual experience as officer of a bank and must have completed relevant global or local professional certification program
• SEC-Fixed Income Market Salesman; Preferred but not required
• Trust 1-year course (TIFP), UITF Certified Salesman; Preferred but not required
