Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Job description:
- Oversee end-to-end logistics operations across multiple warehouses and production sites.
- Plan and optimize inbound and outbound logistics, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve cost efficiency, service level, and turnaround time.
- Manage inventory levels, storage utilization, and replenishment planning
- Coordinate closely with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Finance teams .
- Ensure accurate inventory reporting
- Lead warehouse transfers, inter-site movements, and regional distribution
- Manage 3PLs, transport providers, and logistics vendors
- Monitor logistics KPIs (OTIF, inventory accuracy, aging, cost per unit, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost control reports
