Logistics Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily logistics, warehousing, and dispatch operations
- Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries of raw materials and finished products
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, QA, and sales departments regarding delivery schedules
- Ensure accurate inventory management and stock reconciliation
- Optimize truck routing, delivery scheduling, and transportation costs
- Lead and supervise logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel
- Maintain FIFO/FEFO implementation for food products
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Monitor KPIs such as delivery turnaround time, inventory accuracy, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full)
- Prepare logistics reports and operational analysis for management
- Handle third-party logistics providers and courier coordination
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, preferably in food manufacturing
- Supervisory experience is required
- Knowledge of inventory systems, warehouse management, and transportation planning
- Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/WMS systems
- Willing to work in Marilao
