Data Analyst - ADB Transport Strategy and Data Outlook tender

EKVITA Italia is seeking a Data Analyst to join our proposed team supporting the Asian Transport Observatory , covering transport databases, indicators and interactive analytical tools across Asia and the Pacific.
Required profile:
• At least 3 years of professional data analysis experience .
• Experience in data and policy assessment, database establishment and analysis.
• Consulting experience in multiple Asian countries and with international organizations .
• Ability to work with government, private-sector and donor stakeholders.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
Transport sector experience is preferred. Skills in Python/R, SQL, GIS and interactive dashboards would be valuable.
The proposed input is at least 3 person-months , delivered intermittently during the assignment. Work will combine home-office delivery with activities at ADB headquarters in Manila. No specific nationality is required.
