Property Specialist | South (Alabang, Cavite, Laguna)

The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for marketing and selling Alveo Land’s real estate portfolio, including condominiums, residential lots, office spaces, and commercial properties in the Philippines. The role involves assisting clients throughout the sales process, conducting property presentations, building client relationships, and identifying sales opportunities while representing the Alveo Land brand professionally.
Job Responsibilities
Developing marketing strategies to attract potential buyers through online and offline platforms
Negotiating deals with clients, site visit tours and facilitating documents to complete a sale
Advise clients about real estate market conditions, prices and investment potential of products
Meet required sales quota every quarter
Minimum Qualifications
A graduate of any 2-year or 4-year courses
Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not required
Preferably with sales background (insurance, car, retail, etc.)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
Willing to undergo training and continuous learning
