Description - Assist patients in selecting appropriate hearing aids based on their needs.
- Provide information and education on hearing aid usage and maintenance.
- Conduct hearing tests and evaluate results to recommend suitable products.
- Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Audiology, Communication Disorders, or a related field preferred. Fresh grad in any course are welcome to apply
- Experience Level: Entry-level (No experience required).
- Skills and Competencies: Customer-people oriented, computer literate, trustworthy, good communication skills, hard working.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the buying process.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and patience.
