- Job Summary:
- We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Iloilo. The successful candidate will assist pharmacists in dispensing medications, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service to ensure the health and well-being of our customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
- Provide information to customers about prescription and over-the-counter medications.
- Process sales transactions and handle payments.
- Maintain and update inventory records; restock shelves as needed.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
- Assist in receiving and checking pharmaceutical deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the pharmacy.
- Comply with pharmacy regulations and company policies.
- Qualifications:
- High school graduate or college level, preferably with a background in pharmacy or healthcare-related courses.
- Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant or cashier in a drugstore is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of medications and medical supplies (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and organized.
