- The Helper is responsible for providing general support to the team by assisting with tasks, organizing materials, and maintaining a clean and efficient work environment. This role requires flexibility and a proactive attitude to ensure the successful completion of daily operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist team members in completing daily tasks and projects.
- Help with loading, unloading, and moving equipment or materials.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of workspaces, storage areas, and equipment.
- Support the setup and breakdown of work areas, including materials and tools.
- Perform basic maintenance or repairs on equipment, as needed.
- Deliver items to various departments or job sites.
- Maintain inventory by restocking materials and reporting shortages.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing documents, sorting materials, or assisting with deliveries.
- Handle minor troubleshooting and provide assistance with equipment operations.
- Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

- Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is beneficial but not always required.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Lifting up to 25-50 pounds (for stocking or handling food items).
- Ability to move swiftly around the establishment.
- Personal Attributes:
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Certifications (if applicable):
- Food Handler's Certificate or equivalent (based on local regulations).
- First aid or CPR certification may be required in some establishments.
- Working Conditions:
- Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- May involve working in hot, noisy, and busy environments.
