Responsibilities
Visit customers with overdue accounts based on assigned schedules.
Deliver collection notices, demand letters, and reminders.
Negotiate payment arrangements and encourage settlement of accounts.
Collect payments and issue official receipts when authorized.
Verify customer addresses, employment, and contact information.
Submit daily field reports and collection updates.
