We are seeking a motivated Applications Support Officer to support our growing business.

As an Application Support, you are responsible for the pre-assessment processing, remediation, and overall accuracy of new customer loan applications.

You will assist with enquiries from Clients and Customers about new loans or existing loan applications via voice and digital channels, providing accurate and timely responses.

You will also be responsible for inputting, updating, and remediating loans accurately so credit assessments can be completed, and correct lending decisions can be made.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver an outstanding Customer and Client experience by effectively handling application related requests via inbound and outbound channels

• Assist with application processing and document gathering

• Remediate application fallout by gathering supporting documentation, reviewing existing documents, updating or correcting information, and re-processing approvals

• Identify and escalate any unusual activity or potential fraud triggers

• Action and respond to Customer and Client emails and tickets

• Provide factual, accurate, and consistent information to Customers and Client enquiries

• Meet Service Level Agreement by managing workloads effectively

• Identify and escalate Complaints, Vulnerability, or Customer issues as required

• Process Application Cancellations (including any Refund) as required

• Send email communications to Customers and Clients for various activities

Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum 1 years of experience in Client-facing roles

• Experience in Finance Application processing (mortgage, personal loans, banking) highly desirable

• Experience with KYC and Customer onboarding highly desirable

• Experience with Fraud or Finical Crime assessments highly desirable
