Senior Australian Paraplanner – Xplan Salary: ₱75,000–₱85,000 gross per month Work Arrangement: 100% Remote – Philippines Employment Type: Full-time About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Paraplanner with a strong Australian financial planning background to support Australian financial advisers in preparing accurate, compliant, and high-quality financial advice documents.
This opportunity is ideal for a professional who can work independently, confidently use Xplan, and identify gaps in advice strategies while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare Statements of Advice (SOAs), Records of Advice (ROAs), and financial strategy presentations.
Support Australian financial advisers with research, analysis, and advice preparation.
Work with SMSF, trust, and company structures where applicable.
Review client information and identify missing details or gaps in advice strategies.
Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with relevant compliance requirements.
Manage paraplanning tasks independently and meet agreed deadlines.
Minimum 4 years of senior-level paraplanning experience .
Strong, hands-on experience in the Australian financial planning industry.
Advanced Xplan proficiency is essential.
Proven experience preparing SOAs, ROAs, and financial advice documentation.
Knowledge of SMSF and trust/company structures.
Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Competitive monthly salary of ₱75,000–₱85,000 gross, depending on experience and capability.
100% remote work arrangement within the Philippines.
