Job Summary:
The Administrative Intern will assist the administration team in day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and support for various departments. This internship provides hands-on exposure to administrative processes, office management, and organizational operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Handle filing, documentation, and record-keeping
- Support HR tasks such as attendance tracking, and filing employee records
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating events
- Respond to basic inquiries from staff and clients
- Support other departments with administrative tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from courses such as: Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn
