Marketplace Renewals Specialist

As a Marketplace Renewal Specialist, you will be working directly with sellers and Marketplace Operation Specialists to execute an efficient renewals process and accurate quotes. With a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, you will ensure that renewals are managed with a combination of speed, quality and accuracy. Key activities within this process include tracking upcoming renewals, exhibiting time management skills, building accurate quotes, and seeking process improvement opportunities. To be effective in this role, the MRS will build and cultivate strong relationships & act collaboratively with sales, distribution partners, operations, and other members of the Softchoice Organization.

What you’ll do:

• Manage the end-to-end renewal opportunity lifecycle.
  
• Build and provide quotes to sales 60-days prior to renewal.
  
• Accurately forecast and manage upcoming renewals for all Marketplace offerings.
  
• Create and monitor reporting dashboards to achieve quote delivery targets.
  
• Become well versed in all platforms required to execute accurate renewals (SFDC, Marketplace).
  
• Regularly interact and proactively communicate with external vendors.
  
• Identify and drive process improvements that will improve both customer and employee experience.
  
• Educate and support your peers on renewals processes to ensure seamless transactions.
  

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 2-4 years in SaaS renewals or sales support
  
• Thorough understanding of both the business and MRS roles and responsibilities.
  
• Proven customer service skills and demonstrated customer experience mindset.
  
• Ability to work in an on-demand, cross-functional and matrix-management environment.
  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong orientation towards high-energy and team-based work environments.
  
• Self-Driven with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work from multiple streams.
  
• Action-oriented and results-driven with a history of successful goal attainment.
  
• Displays composure and self-awareness in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
  
• Track record of strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify problems and recommend/implement solutions. Actively enables and supports process/system change and team development
  
• High level of organizational skills
  
• Low error/escalation rate, with any errors being illogical in cost
