As part of our growing organization, we are looking for a  Government Compliance Specialist to support regulatory compliance, statutory filings, permits, licenses, and government reporting requirements across the organization.

If you have strong experience in government compliance, regulatory coordination, and corporate documentation management, we’d like to meet you.

Job Summary

Support government compliance activities including regulatory filings, permit renewals, compliance monitoring, and coordination with government agencies.

Qualifications

• Must be  willing to work onsite at our Head Office located along Chino Roces Avenue Extension, Magallanes, Makati City.

• Preferably residing near Makati or nearby areas.

• Available to start ASAP.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Legal Management, Public Administration, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

• CPA is an advantage.

• At least 3 years of experience in government compliance, accounting, tax management, regulatory affairs, or related field.

• Strong understanding of Philippine regulatory requirements including SEC, BIR, LGUs, FDA, and related agencies.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in compliance documentation and reporting.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and digital documentation tools.

• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Filings & Compliance

• Prepare and process regulatory filings, permits, licenses, and statutory requirements.

• Ensure timely renewal of business permits, tax registrations, and compliance documents.

• Maintain and monitor compliance calendars, deadlines, and reporting schedules.

• Track compliance status and ensure requirements are completed on time.

Coordination & Documentation

• Coordinate with internal departments for compliance-related documents and approvals.

• Liaise with government agencies, regulators, and external consultants.

• Maintain accurate and organized compliance records and documentation systems.

• Assist in preparing documents for audits, inspections, and compliance reviews.

Regulatory Monitoring & Reporting

• Monitor updates in government regulations and compliance requirements.

• Prepare compliance reports and provide updates to management.

• Recommend process improvements to strengthen compliance and documentation practices.
