Senior Technical Manager - Renewable Energy

Job Responsibilities:
- Lead technical management and solution development for solar, wind, or energy storage projects.
- Lead technical proposal preparation during tender stage, including system configuration, energy yield analysis, and construction planning.
- Optimize technical solutions considering local conditions (typhoon, high temperature, humidity).
- Provide technical guidance during construction and ensure quality control.
- Participate in equipment selection (modules, inverters, mounting systems) and supplier evaluation.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, and EPC teams to ensure project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with local grid and regulatory requirements (e.g., DOE, ERC).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in renewable energy projects, with large-scale solar or wind project exposure.
- Familiar with PV system design, energy yield analysis, and construction techniques.
- Experience in tender technical proposal preparation.
