The Territory Sales Officer is responsible for growing the business within his/her assigned territory delivering the best service there is to customers.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Performs effective selling process with integrity to ensure commercial success.
Identifies potential accounts and emerging opportunities within the assigned territory.
Prepares sales quotations, forecast and other relevant documentations.
Handles customer complaints and/grievances in coordination with the technical support group and other concerned personnel.
Monitors outstanding balances of handled customers and support Credit & Collections personnel to ensure collection efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably in Marketing, Management or Engineering
At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in construction materials and concrete particularly admixtures
Understanding of infrastructure and concrete admixture market and its technicalities is an advantage
Must be motivated and hardworking
Must be willing to travel within specified territory for business trips
Must be computer literate with advance knowledge in MS Excel and Powerpoint
Must know how to drive and has a valid driver’s license
