Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or related course
- At least 2 years HR experience in timekeeping and mandated benefits
- Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong coordination skills
Responsibilities
- Handle employee timekeeping, attendance, overtime, undertime, and leave records
- Monitor and process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and BIR)
- Ensure accurate submission and remittance of contributions and related reports
- Prepare and submit required DOLE reports and compliance documents
- Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee and government records
- Prepare and process employee insurance enrollment, updates, and claims.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned
