Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in HR management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR software and data analysis
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to handle sensitive HR issues with confidentiality
