Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and related reports.
- Handle BIR Letter of Authority (LOA) cases, including the preparation and submission of required documents.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing and payment of national and local tax obligations.
- Monitor compliance with Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors, BIR representatives, and other government agencies during audits and tax assessments.
- Prepare tax computations, reconciliations, and supporting schedules while maintaining complete and organized accounting records.
- Assist management by providing accurate financial information and analyses to support business decisions.
Job Qualifications;
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy; CPA is an advantage.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in taxation, BIR compliance, and handling Letter of Authority (LOA) cases.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws, BIR regulations, and tax compliance processes.
- Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work with minimal supervision.
