- Research and identify reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Evaluate supplier performance based on quality, cost, delivery time, and service.
- Request and review quotes, negotiate pricing and contract terms.
- Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor market trends, competitor prices, and supply chain risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations.
- Collaborate with inventory control and finance teams to manage stock levels and budgets.
- Resolve issues with shipments, invoices, and supplier disputes.
- Maintain supplier database and ensure documentation is up to date.
- Demonstrated experience in vendor negotiation, cost analysis, and purchase order management.
- Familiarity with inventory control , supply chain systems , or ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
1 year of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
