Customer Service Representative

Qualifications:
• With proven experience in Freight Forwarding
• Knowledgeable in Incoterms and understands the roles and responsibilities of the buyer and seller
• Experienced in coordinating with local and international agents to request freight rates
• Can prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients
• Has the ability to follow through and close deals
• Willing to conduct client visits and handle telesales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
Job Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with agents and partners to secure competitive freight rates
• Prepare and send quotations to prospective clients
• Follow up on quotations and ensure successful deal closure
• Conduct client visits and telesales activities to generate new business
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and agents
• Provide excellent customer service and shipment updates
