Creator Management Lead - Live Commerce

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Creator Scouting & Signing

• Identify and recruit top Filipino video creators in beauty, health, personal care, and FMCG verticals
• Build a pipeline of mid-tier (100K–500K) and A-tier (10K–300K follower) creators for MCN signing
• Negotiate creator contracts
• Develop and maintain a target creator database with engagement data, content style, and growth potential

2. Creator Development & Livestream Activation

• Onboard new creators: introduce our systems, content playbook, and live commerce training program
• Activate creators’s livestreaming — hand-hold through their first live sessions
• Coach creators on content strategy, hook techniques, product storytelling, and audience engagement for live selling
• Set and track individual creator KPIs: live hours, GMV per session, follower growth, engagement rate

3. Creator Relationship Management

• Be the primary point of contact for all signed creators — handle requests, resolve issues, manage expectations
• Conduct monthly 1-on-1 reviews with each creator: performance data, growth plan, feedback
• Build a creator community: organize meetups, knowledge-sharing sessions, and group training

4. KOC Army Building (Affiliate)

• Recruit and manage 500–1,000 micro-creators (KOCs) for affiliate product distribution
• Coordinate with brands on affiliate SKU selection and commission structures
• Track KOC performance: posts per week, conversion rates, commission earnings
• Design incentive programs to drive KOC activity and retention

5. Reporting & Coordination

• Provide weekly creator roster reports to GM: new signings, churn, performance highlights, issues
• Coordinate with Vietnam HQ team on content production, creative assets, and campaign briefs
• Work closely with Brand Partnerships team to match creators with brand campaigns
• Feed market intelligence on creator trends, competitor MCN activity, and platform changes

Required skills and experiences

• 5+ years of experience in creator or influencer management, talent management, or MCN operations within the Philippines or broader SEA markets
• Strong existing network of Filipino creators in beauty, lifestyle, or FMCG, with the ability to activate relationships from day one
• Hands-on experience with TikTok, YouTube, or social commerce platforms, with a clear understanding of content performance drivers
• Proven ability to recruit and retain creators, with experience signing 50+ creators or managing a roster of 80+
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage creative talent, navigate challenging conversations, and build long-term trust
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to use analytics tools to monitor performance and inform decisions
• Fluent in English and Filipino or Tagalog, with the ability to work effectively in a cross cultural environment
• Manila-based or willing to relocate immediately

Preferred skills and experiences

• Experience with live commerce or livestream selling (TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or similar)
• Background in MCN or talent agency environments, with familiarity in creator contracts and revenue-sharing models
• Experience managing KOC/affiliate networks at scale
• Understanding of the China or Douyin creator management model and its adaptation in Southeast Asia
• Content creation experience, with the ability to coach and guide creators based on practical understanding
• Vietnamese language skills are a strong advantage for coordination with headquarters.
