Head of TikTok Shop / GM, TikTok Commerce

Ancient Remedies is a natural health and wellness brand on a mission to help people help themselves through holistic medicine.

Our products already have strong demand across other channels, and thousands of customers rave about the impact they have had. The opportunity now is to bring that same energy to TikTok Shop.

We are already live on TikTok Shop in the US and UK, already generating revenue, and already working with an agency — but the channel is far from where it should be . We believe TikTok Shop can become one of our most important growth channels, and we need the person who can build it properly.

This is not an agency management role or a basic affiliate role. This is a true channel ownership role.

You will own the strategy, economics, affiliate program, creator relationships, content direction, paid media direction, agency management, and team structure for TikTok Shop. You will have the freedom to bring ideas, test aggressively, hire the right people, and build the operating system needed to turn TikTok Shop into a profitable, creator-led growth engine.

This is a role for someone who wants ownership, speed, and a mission they can feel good about selling .

What You’ll Own:

• TikTok Shop growth and profitability across the US and UK.
  
• Affiliate recruitment, activation, motivation, and retention.
  
• Creator/community strategy and commission structure.
  
• Organic content strategy for our owned TikTok presence.
  
• GMV Max, paid media direction, margins, and unit economics.
  
• Agency management and internal team-building.
  
• The overall roadmap for making TikTok Shop a scalable, profitable channel.
  

Who We’re Looking For:

• You have led or played a senior role in scaling TikTok Shop for a meaningful brand.
  
• You understand affiliates, creators, content, offers, commissions, GMV Max, paid media, and unit economics at a deep level. You know how to drive profitable revenue, not just GMV .
  
• You are strategic, but hands-on. You study what the best TikTok Shop brands are doing. You know what motivates creators to post, what makes content convert, and how to build a system where top affiliates can win big.
  
• Most importantly, you want ownership . You want the freedom to build, test, and turn a high-potential channel into a serious business. You will thrive here if you move fast, think like an owner, and are excited by the idea of helping more people discover holistic tools that can improve their lives.

• What are they doing better than everyone else? What would you copy from their strategy, and what would you avoid?
