JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field With at least 2 years of experience in an administrative support role. Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Charts/Graphs) and PowerPoint. Amenable to attend interviews Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings Prepare daily briefings, agendas, and schedules Organize board meetings, conferences, and executive sessions Record minutes and track action items Maintain confidential files and records Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets Oversee office operations for the executive office Monitor supplies and administrative budgets Coordinate with other departments
