Position: Vietnamese Recruitment Specialist
Industry: Food and Wellness company
Location: Bulacan or Makati
Salary: Php 100,00 - Php 120,000 (High Basic Salary)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (work from home 3 days)
Free Shuttle for 2 days work onsite
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Saturday and Sunday off)
Working time: Dayshift

Requirements:
- Foreign National who speak Vietnamese or Filipino who speak Vietnamese
- Visa is provided for Foreign national (Vietnamese or Foreigner)
- Can speak, read and write Vietnamese
- Conversational English for Training
- *Very important: has experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Has experience sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Has worked with any company either recruiter, HR o r sourcing specialist
- Open to high school graduates or degree holders of any course
- Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities
- Interviewing Vietnamese Speaking Candidates
- Sourcing, posting job ads and finding Vietnamese candidates
- Creating job description and discussion of job duties
- Screen resume and match if the profile is a perfect fit to the position
- Check the job openings every week and fill the roles
- Conduct initial screening online and discuss the role
- Schedule for language assessment and final interviews
- Forward the candidate resume for hiring Manager’s screening
- Reminding, monitoring and keeping the candidates warm
- Send the job offer to the candidate for review and signing
- Discuss the company name, Salary, duties and requirements
- Assist candidate in completing the requirements when selected
- Assist the selected candidate step by step to complete the documents
