We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to assist with invoice entry, bookkeeping, and financial data management. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with QuickBooks , strong attention to detail, and the ability to accurately process a high volume of financial data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and record invoices into QuickBooks accurately and efficiently.
- Perform daily bookkeeping and financial data entry.
- Review invoices and transactions for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.
- Identify and correct data entry errors or discrepancies.
- Assist with other bookkeeping and accounting tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or financial data entry .
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks .
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of basic bookkeeping principles.
- Organized and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
