Professional Services Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Services Engineer to provide technical expertise and solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will work directly with customers to implement, customize, and support our products, ensuring seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Install, configure, and deploy products and services for clients.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after product implementation.
- Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal teams.
- Ensure successful integration of products into client systems.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
- Work closely with sales and engineering teams to improve product offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Professional Services Engineer or in a technical client-facing role.
- Strong knowledge of software, hardware, and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with client support tools and ticketing systems.
- Willingness to travel for on-site client visits (if applicable).
