Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
-At least 5 years of progressive experience in sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
-Strong knowledge of sales management and marketing strategies, including market research, positioning, and promotional campaigns.
-Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
-Proficiency in digital marketing platforms.
Results-driven, highly motivated, and customer-focused.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
-Adaptable, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
-Willing to relocate in Lipa,Batangas
has a valid Driver’s License
