Customer Service Representative (Financial Account)

Description - Manage customer inquiries regarding financial accounts via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with account setup, transaction inquiries, and account management.
- Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and timely solutions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the customer experience and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: atleast 6 months of call center experience
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for high call volume
