Responsibilities
- Monitor shift output requirement from his team
- Handles direct communication with associates on all instructions and targets for cascade to the team
- Leads direction of the allocation team and supports all DHL global, regional, and country initiatives
- Gives feedback on concerns and issues encountered by the allocation team
- Ensure implementation of DHL operational policies and procedures
- Participates actively in performance dialogs and provide individual feedback to his team
- The Picker ensures that all items for picking are picked base on SOPs and WI accurately in good condition and on time
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- With or Without experience in warehousing.
- Can work in a warehouse environment that involves heavy lifting and manual labor
- Can communicate in all levels of the organization and a Team Player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to productivity standards.
- Willing to be assigned in Northpoint 2, Bustos, Bulacan
