- Conduct area mapping to identify potential outlets for AFCMI products.
- Collaborate closely with Regional Distribution (RD) Sales Personnel to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Conduct sales calls to identified outlets and promote relevant SKUs based on the designated must-push list for each channel.
- Perform account sizing and prospecting to assess sales potential, including identifying carried competitor products, gathering pricing information, and evaluating opportunities based on the account’s menu, product offerings, and business needs.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales calls, account conversions, customer feedback from non-buying accounts, competitive activities, competitor pricing, volume summaries, and other reports as required by the Area Sales Manager.
- Conduct product presentations, negotiate business terms, and monitor the distribution and utilization of sales samples for potential accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to support sales growth and account development.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related role; experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers effectively.
- Proven ability to identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of market mapping, territory management, and sales planning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess account potential, monitor competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and sales reporting tools.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Possesses a valid driver's license and can operate a motorcycle or four-wheel vehicle (if required by the role).
- Demonstrates integrity, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills.
