Job Summary
We're looking for a detail-oriented e-Commerce Assistant/Associate to support the daily operations of our online stores and marketplace platforms. You'll help manage product listings, monitor platform performance, coordinate with different teams, and ensure a seamless customer experience while supporting the growth of our online business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Support online campaigns, promotions, and marketplace activities.
- Monitor orders, customer concerns, and fulfillment issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, inventory, and content.
- Prepare reports and perform regular platform audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience managing Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Index-Match, and other basic functions).
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic creative tools (e.g., Canva or Adobe) is a plus.
