The Live Seller is responsible for hosting and conducting engaging live-selling sessions across the company's online platforms to promote and sell curtains, blinds, curtain accessories, and other home furnishing products. The Live Seller is expected to effectively present product features, colors, designs, sizes, materials, prices, and available promotions while actively engaging with viewers and converting inquiries into sales. The position also requires proper coordination with the E-Commerce, Marketing, Inventory, and Operations teams to ensure accurate product information, availability, pricing, and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled live-selling sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Shopee, Lazada, and other company-approved platforms
- Present and demonstrate curtain products in an engaging, professional, and informative manner, explaining product details including curtain type, fabric/material, available colors, sizes, measurements, light-filtering or blackout features, texture, quality, installation options, price and available promotions
- Actively monitor and respond to viewers' comments, questions, and inquiries during live sessions and provide accurate answers regarding products, prices, availability, measurements, and ordering procedures
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate curtain products based on their needs and preferences and handle customer objections and concerns professionally
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly live-selling and sales targets and apply appropriate selling strategies to improve sales and customer conversion
- Coordinate with the Inventory and E-Commerce teams regarding product availability before each live session and verify product prices, variants, colors, sizes, and current promotions
- Review the assigned live-selling schedule and featured products before the session and prepare products, samples, displays, measuring tools, and other materials needed
- Review and record the results of every live-selling session and submit required sales and performance reports to the E-Commerce Supervisor or Marketing Manager
- Represent the company professionally during all live-selling activities and follow the company's branding, communication, and customer-service standards
- Maintain proper organization and condition of products and equipment after the live session
Job Requirements
- At least a Senior High School graduate; college graduate is an advantage
- Background in Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, Communication, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience as a Live Seller, Sales Associate, E-Commerce Associate, Customer Service Representative, or similar position is preferred
- Experience selling home furnishings, curtains, clothing, beauty products, or other consumer products through live streaming is an advantage
- Excellent verbal communication skills and confident and comfortable speaking in front of a camera
- Strong product presentation and selling skills and customer-service oriented
- Good knowledge of social media and e-commerce platforms and able to learn and explain product specifications
- Energetic and engaging personality with good time management and ability to work under sales targets
- Ability to handle pressure and high-volume customer interactions and basic knowledge of online selling tools and platforms
- Willingness to learn about curtain fabrics, colors, shading, measurements, and installation
