Customer Insights & Analytics Senior Data Analyst

Johnson & Johnson seeks an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join the Customer Insights & Analytics Team supporting the MedTech business. This role focuses on analyzing customer purchasing data, identifying trends, implementing process improvements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable business intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Execute customer case operations maintaining high standards of data accuracy
- Conduct in-depth analyses to identify trends and generate strategic business insights
- Design and implement improvement initiatives for data management and processing workflows
- Develop documentation to enhance data governance standards and quality protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address business intelligence needs and recommend solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in data operations, master data management, or similar role
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and big data management platforms
- Advanced analytical and statistical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong data management practices knowledge and SQL experience preferred
- Data visualization tool experience with Tableau or Power BI preferred
