Analytics Senior Manager

---ONLY THOSE APPLICANTS WHO ALREADY HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE AND WORK IN THIS COUNTRY ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR THIS ROLE--- POSITION TITLE: Analytics Senior Manager WORK SETUP: Hybrid RESPONSIBILITIES: • Design and implement advanced analytics solutions using statistical modeling, machine learning, and BI tools to support business performance, generate actionable insights, and drive operational efficiency • Use data-driven techniques to generate business insights, analyze process performance, and drive business value • Account Management and coordination with client and internal teams to understand business needs, help design the solution and manage its implementation • Conduct demos of key analytics offerings for clients and internal teams • Train and mentor junior members of the team OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Mid Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Taguig, Uptown Bonifacio Tower 3

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree (open to any course)
• At least 10 years of Analytics experience
• Strong understanding of F&A or Contact Center processes is preferred – (Understanding of either of these processes is preferred)
• Knowledge of Python is preferred
• Proficient in data visualization and business intelligence tools, including Power BI or Tableau is preferred
