Manager, GS Customer Insights & Analytics

Johnson & Johnson seeks a strategic analytics leader to manage customer insights and analytics capabilities for Global Services. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, defining analytical strategy and roadmap, and delivering commercial insights that drive competitive advantage and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Define strategic direction, operating model, and roadmap for Customer Insights & Analytics capability
- Lead team development across analytics, business intelligence, automation, and data operations
- Translate customer, sales, pricing, and operational data into actionable commercial insights
- Prioritize analytical demand based on strategic alignment and business impact
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, IT, and Global Services leaders on discovery and value realization
Requirements
- Leadership experience managing multidisciplinary analytics or data teams
- Expertise in commercial analytics, customer insights, or business intelligence
- Proficiency translating business challenges into analytical solutions and roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with data governance, methodology validation, and quality controls
- Track record of scaling analytics capabilities across business functions
