Electrical Engineer

- Process and Production Oversight
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for electrical assemblies.
- Ensure production methods comply with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with design, QA/QC, and production teams for technical improvements.
- Equipment and Maintenance
- Supervise installation, calibration, and maintenance of machinery and tools.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Project Management
- Lead plant improvement projects including layout modifications and equipment upgrades.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation for management review.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for equipment and facility needs.
- Safety and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and local codes.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support the implementation of ISO or other quality management systems.
- Cost and Efficiency Optimization
- Analyze production costs and implement methods for cost reduction.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve productivity.
- Monitor energy usage and implement conservation measures.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electrical product manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, schematics, and industrial equipment.
- Experience with AutoCAD or other design/drafting software is an advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, IEC).
