Job Responsibilities - Supervise and monitor electrical installation activities at railway, metro, and power system project sites.
- Ensure that electrical works are carried out according to approved drawings, technical specifications, project requirements, and applicable safety standards.
- Review and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and installation plans.
- Coordinate the installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, cables, and power distribution systems.
- Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, materials, and equipment to support timely project completion.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and other site personnel to resolve technical and installation issues.
- Conduct site inspections and report work progress, quality issues, safety concerns, and potential delays.
- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, quality standards, and project documentation requirements.
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical installation issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare daily site reports, inspection records, and other required technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or Power Engineering.
- Relevant experience in railway, metro, industrial power systems, or electrical substation installation.
- Knowledge of electrical installation, power distribution systems, and site supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Experience in equipment installation, transformers, switchgear, cabling, or railway electrification is an advantage.
- Good coordination, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Luzon, including shifting schedules, night shifts, rest days, and holidays when required.
