Plant Engineer (Electrical Engineer)

Job Description / Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the manufacturing plant's production equipment, electrical systems, and facilities. Focuses on maximizing equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting production efficiency while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot plant electrical equipment and production machinery.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
- Investigate equipment failures and recommend effective corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and production lines.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare maintenance reports, equipment records, and technical documentation.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and equipment reliability.
- Supervise contractors and maintenance personnel when necessary.
