Sales Executive - Logistics & Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Account Executive with experience in logistics, freight, or trucking services. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and promoting transportation, hauling, warehousing, and supply chain solutions. Your goal is to drive revenue growth while maintaining strong, long-term business relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and prospect potential clients (manufacturers, distributors, retailers, importers/exporters) needing trucking, freight forwarding, or logistics services. Present and explain service offerings: rates, routes, delivery timelines, cargo handling, insurance, and special transport arrangements. Understand client logistics requirements and propose cost-effective, tailored solutions. Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service agreements to close deals while maintaining profitability. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local transport regulations, road conditions, fuel costs, and competitor pricing in Metro Manila and surrounding areas. Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports accurately and on time. Follow up on shipments, resolve service concerns, and ensure client satisfaction to encourage repeat business and referrals. Update customer and sales records in the company’s database or CRM system regularly.

QUALIFICATIONS:

B.S. in Business Administration in Marketing, Logistics, Customs or related field is preferred. Minimum 2 years of proven Sales experience specifically in logistics, trucking, freight forwarding, hauling, or supply chain services. Familiarity with Metro Manila routes, provincial transport, and local logistics operations is a strong advantage.
