Sales Executive - Logistics/Trucking

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s logistics and delivery services. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding the client base, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective coordination and communication.

Applicants with existing client accounts, industry connections, or established networks in logistics, freight forwarding, trucking, courier, or related industries are highly preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Identify and acquire new clients for logistics and transportation services

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers

· Promote company services including delivery, trucking, warehousing, and freight solutions

· Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements

· Coordinate with operations and customer service teams regarding client requirements

· Monitor client accounts and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries and concerns

· Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals

· Conduct market research and identify business opportunities

· Submit regular sales reports and client updates to management

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Marketing, Operations Management and other relevant business course

· Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, courier, or transportation industry

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Goal-oriented and self-motivated

· Ability to build and maintain client relationships

· Knowledge of logistics operations and pricing is an advantage

· With existing clients or ready accounts is highly preferred

· Willing to do fieldwork and client visits when necessary
