Logistics and Warehouse Clerk

- At least College Level
- Must be Computer Literate and knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Drive Apps (Sheets, Docs and Slides)
- Experience in SCM - Logistics and Warehouse or equivalent is required
- Knowledge in Inventory Systems such as NetSuite and SAP is an advantage but not required
- Knowledge in E-comms Sales is an advantage but not required
- Must have Strong Leadership Skills, Highly Organized and Excellent Communication skills
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
- Prepare and issue materials to production based on requisitions.
- Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or computerized systems.
- Assist in preparing delivery schedules, shipping documents, and logistics reports.
- Coordinate with drivers, suppliers, and production staff for delivery and pickup activities.
- Conduct regular stock checking and assist in inventory audits.
- Monitor the movement of materials in and out of the warehouse.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages immediately to the supervisor.
