We’re looking for an organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to manage transactions from contract to closing.
- *Responsibilities**
- Manage buyer and seller transactions from contract to closing
- Coordinate title, escrow, mortgage, appraisal, and inspections
- Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and title officers
- Manage transaction documentation and compliance
- Coordinate moving and closing schedules
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records
- *Requirements**
- 6+ months of US Real Estate Transaction Coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Excellent coordination and scheduling abilities
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
