- Assist in food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryers, grills, and ovens safely and efficiently.
- Assist in plating and presenting dishes according to the restaurant’s standards.
- Stock and organize food supplies and ingredients for easy access.
- Education: No formal education is required; high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen work is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment use.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects when needed.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
